At The Vintage Twin, we pride ourselves on curating unique, one-of-a-kind pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your rare finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless return process for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely repackage your vintage items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned within 3 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, you will receive an e-gift card via email to use on your next vintage discovery.
